Swallow study? No problem! Lucy passed the test with no issues at all!
We’re thinking of pushing back on the GI specialist to see if we can go straight to breastfeeding now. Even if that means we have to take her for daily weight checks for a while to make sure she’s gaining well.

Swallow study Thursday
We go back to Egleston on Thursday for Lucy’s swallow study. Hopefully, this will show that she isn’t aspirating when she drinks orally. If that’s the case, we’ll shift three of her daily bolus feelings to breastfeeding for a little bit, then we’ll hopefully get to remove the tube for good.
That will be a good day.
